A small sculpture of Vishnu as ‘Ananthasayana’ in his cosmic sleep over the coils of the serpent ananta. The back hands are holding a chakra in right and a shankha in left. While the front right hand holds the head and the front left hand is resting. The hood of the serpent and the figures of the consorts sitting near the feet of the God are all broken. He is well ornamented with kirtimukuta, haras, uadarabandha, upavita, katibandha, armlets, bangles, anklets and vanamala (garland). The figure of Brahma on the lotus issuing from the navel of Vishnu is also mutilated.
