A four armed Bhairava standing in abhanga posture holding khadga (sword) in the lower right hand and the damaru (drum) in the upper right hand, trisula (trident) in the upper left hand and patra (bowl) in the lower left hand. He is seen with jatabhara (matted hair), hara (neklaces), chakrakundala (round earrings), udarabandha (chest band), upavita (sacred thread), katibandha (waist band) and mundamala (garland of skulls). There is a severed head hanging from the lower left hand. The dog standing behind the deity is shown as sucking the blood from the severed head. The sword is chipped off.
