A four-armed Bhairava in abhanga posture holding khadga (sword) in lower right hand, trisula (trident) in upper right hand, damaru (drum) in upper left hand and patra (bowl) and the skull in the nail of lower left hand. He is well ornamented with hara (necklace), ratnakundala (earrings design of gem), katibandha (waistband), kankana (bracelets), keyura (armlets), nupur (anklets) and mundamala (garland made of skulls). The svan (dog) is attempting to catch the human head hung to the front left hand of the God. To the right of the God is a cobra with its uplifted hood and a big scorpion on the pedestal.
