A four-armed Bhairava in abhanga posture holding khadga (sword) in right lower hand, damaru (drum) in right upper hand, trisula in left upper hand and in left lower hand probably patra (bowl). The Svan (dog) to the left of the deity is engraved in low relief and shown attempting to catch the head hanging from the lower left hand. To the right end of the deity is a Naga in an uplifted position. He wears long mundamala (garland made of skulls) and stands on high plat formed sandals. The prabhavali is broken. He also wears a wide round shaped headgear and is portrayed naked. The figure is damaged.
