A four-armed Bhairava in abhanga posture holding khadga (sword) in right lower hand (chipped off), trisula (trident) in right upper hand, kapala (head) in left lower hand and damaru (drum) in upper left hand. The deity is decorated with ornaments like haras (necklace), kundalas (earrings), keyura (armlets), katibandha (waistband) along with a mundamala (garland made of skulls). The hair on the head is indicated by flaming lines. The deity is provided with a ‘prabhavali’ with a visible engraving of kirtimukha at the top. The parts below the knees are broken. The third eye is also depicted and the nose is chipped off.
