Four handed Ganesha in lalitasana posture holding modaka (sweet) in the lower right hand and having it with its tusk. The lower left hand held possibly rudrakshmala (garland made of stone fruit). The upper left hand held ankusa (goad) while pasa (noose) in the right upper hand. On the pedestal is the figure of a rat carved in low relief. The sculpture wears jatamukuta (matted crown), hara (necklace), kankana (bracelets), katibandha (waistband) and nupur (anklets). The prabhavali has a sign of kirtimukha. The face is chipped off.
