A granite sculpture depicting a seven hooded anthropomorphic female Naga (Naga stree) standing with hands held in anjali mudra and carrying a miniature Naga figure in each of her arms. She adorned with haras, jatamukuta, chakrakundala, katibandha and armlets. On the right lower corner of the slab, there is an inscription of a kannada script.
